Setting: Wilde Island. Dragon's Keep, AD 520
Big Events (in sequential order): Queen Evaine meets up with Merlin and Merlin gives Evaine a prophecy. The dragons steal all of Queen Evaine's treasure. Rosalind's mother eats a dragon egg. Rosalind is born with the devil's mark. Rosalind tries to cut off her talon with a knife. Rosalind is attacked by the dragon, but the dragon sees the talon and licks it and leaves Rosalind be. Kye and his father kill Charsha. Lord Faul comes and takes the eggs still in Charsha and burns the dock. Rosalind is abducted by Lord Faul. The eggs hatch. The Queen sends her knights to slay the dragon. Rosalind knows that Lord Faul needs her to take care of his babies and they make a deal. If Rosalind does not tell anyone about the babies then Lord Faul will not eat or kill any human being. Rosalind overhears Faul's plans to start the Dragon Wars. Faul plans to meet with all the dragons in the world and take back from the humans what is "rightfully his". Rosalind finds her mom's treasure. The pips learn to fly. Kit comes to Dragon's Keep to inform Rosalind about the castle. Rosalind's mom was killed by Sir Magnus. Rosalind's father was killed in war. Sir Magnus was seeking for power and is ruling as the king in Wilde Island. A flood happens that destroys most of Dragon's Keep and kills Katinka and Kadmi while everyone is trying to fix the place. Katinka and Kadmi get burried. Lord Faul dies from breathing problems and crying. (Dragons cannot cry or the tears will burn out their "inner fire".) Rosalind returns to the castle to claim the throne as queen, but Magnus claims that Rosalind is a witch. The trial demanded that Rosalind walk on burning coals and if the wounds did not heal in 3 days time then Rosalind was a witch. Rosalind does not pass the test and is sent to hang. Kye comes and rescues her. Everyone has great respect for Kye. Kye gives a speech that sends Rosalind to the throne and Magnus to the dungeon. Rosalind shows her hands for all to see and realizes the true meaning of Merlin's Prophecy.

She redeemed it by retrieving the stolen Pendragon Scepter from Lord Faul. It also said that Rosalind would end war with the wave of her hand. Rosalind didn't stop the Civil War in England, but the Dragon Wars. She had a dragon mark that brought peace to both the humans and the dragons. The last part of the prophecy was that Rosalind would restore glory of Wilde Island, which she did by saving all the peoples' lives by sacrificing her life to work for the dragons.
